David has been a remodeling contractor since 1993 and an Oak Hills resident since 1996. He is Lead Safety-Certified by the EPA, and is a member of both the Oregon Remodeler’s Association and the National Association of the Remodeling Industry.

David graduated from the University of California at Davis in 1989 with a degree in Economics and extensive course work in the fine arts. David lettered in two sports as a quarterback in football and a setter on the men’s volleyball team. During the summers in college, David worked for a remodeling contractor. The combination of operating a business and using creative skills to design and build projects was very appealing.

After traveling through Europe by bicycle and trekking with a friend across the U.S., David moved to Portland. Soon after moving to Portland, David met his wife and together they started the remodeling business. As a CPA, Susan provides solid business acumen for the operation and unbeatable organizational skills needed to raise their four children.

David and Susan have run the business together since 1993. Their team effort continues to be a successful combination providing great services to all their customers.
