Beaverton Kitchen Remodel

THE CHALLENGE

This expanded 1960’s ranch was in its original form and needed to be updated. The kitchen, master bathroom and flooring were ready for a change. The shower in the master bath was rotting and ready to fall through the floor while the kitchen lacked in storage and functionality.

THE SOLUTION

Using the same footprint in the kitchen we moved the refrigerator to the interior wall and centered the cooktop and decorative hood in the middle of the rear wall. Moving the refrigerator allowed us to create a two person peninsula and benefit from the windows natural light. We captured a wasted transition area and expanded the footprint of the bathroom. By adding a tub, an additional sink and a full size shower with a bench the bathroom now looks and feels like a spa at home.

THE CLIENT SAID

“David did a terrific job on our master bath and kitchen remodel. He guided us through the entire process from start to finish of our first remodel and was a pleasure to work with. He finished the project within budget and we were thrilled with how it turned out.”
